Bio
Dr Michael Bradley leads the Daresbury research lab. He is a senior manager with over 20 years of experience with IBM in the research, development, consulting and enablement businesses. He has a passion for new technologies and enabling clients and IBMers to succeed and drive value from advances in technology.
Currently the teams he leads are focussed on the underlying algorithms associated with applications in Earth & Space Observation, Healthcare & Life Sciences and AI Accelerated Science topics as part of the Hartree National Centre for Digital Innovation. The application of AI to enable businesses to realise value and speed up the discovery cycle are driving forces behind his team's passion.
Michael has a PhD and MSc in Biochemical Engineering from UCL.
