Calibration of the electrode spacing of a dielectric sample holder

Some dielectric sample holders with adjustable micrometer electrodes lose their calibration when used at other than room temperature. A method is presented to calibrate the electrode spacing, and results are given that show reliability of the method. © 1968 The American Institute of Physics.
