Current-induced magnetization reversal in high magnetic fields in Co/Cu/Co nanopillars

An overview is given of evidence for current induced reversal in Co/Cu/Co pillar devices at high magnetic fields. In the field-perpendicular geometry, the existence of two distinct field regions at which a transition between parallel and antiparallel alignment takes place is shown.
