Magneto-optical absorption in GaSbAlSb superlattices
Abstract
We describe and discuss magneto-optical investigations of a GaSbAlSb strained layer superlattice. Our data allow an experimental determination of the in-plane dispersion relations of the first valence subbands. © 1986.
