Magneto-transport and the insulator-metal transition in the magnetic semiconductor EuTe

We have measured the low temperature longitudinal and Hall resistivities in n-type EuTe single crystals through the insulator-metal transition induced by an applied magnetic field. The Hall constant changes near the transition, in contradiction with the scaling theory of localization. © 1986.
