Applied Physics Letters
High resolution measurements of the spectral output of GaAs injection lasers are made. It is found that the main features can be understood in terms of conventional line-narrowing theories. Additional oscillations are observed in modes other than the lowest loss ones. © 1963 The American Institute of Physics.
