The quantised Hall effect and other macroscopic quantum phenomena

The relation between the quantised Hall conductance and other macroscopic quantum effects is discussed. Under the appropriate conditions, fluxoid quantisation and a phenomenon similar to the AC Josephson effect are possible in normal conductors.
