Transmission Electron Microscopic Observations of α‐Cristobalite in Fused Silica
Abstract
Distinct crystalline phases in some commercial fused silicas were shown by transmission electron microscopy. They were identified to be α‐cristobalite by selectedarea electron diffraction.
