Tunneling in YBCO/NbN and YBCO/Au junctions grown selectively on MgO substrates
Abstract
Feasibility of selective epitaxial growth of YBa2Cu3O7 through a Ti mask has been examined. With this technique we have prepared and measured YBCO/NbN and YBCO/Au planar tunnel junctions, using amorphous YBCO as insulating barrier. © 1991.
